Floral Design Workshop April 2022

On April 1, 2022 Cathy Sutton and JoAnne McKee led a floral design workshop for 35 Garden Club of Long Beach Island members at the Bay Avenue Community Center in Manahawkin. The workshop was designed to encourage members to flex their creative floral design talents for the club’s upcoming May 5th Standard Flower Show. Flowers used in the arrangements included carnations, mums, alstroemeria, solidago and eponymous. Pussy willows added a wonderful springtime touch. VIRTUAL FLORAL DESIGN WORKSHOP VIDEO

This video demonstrates a classic vase arrangement in less then 6 minutes!
