Andalusia Historic House, Gardens & Arboretum is a historic estate located just north of Philadelphia, featuring a mansion known as the Big House, which is an example of Greek Revival architecture, surrounded by beautiful gardens and woodlands overlooking the Delaware River. The site has been a significant presence for over 225 years and offers visitors a glimpse into the lives of the Biddle family, who were prominent in American history.
For those who desire, local offsite lunch dining options include the King George II Inn, Three Monkeys Cafe, and Waterside Café. Picnic grounds available onsite.

Garden Club of LBI Trip to Morven Museum & Gardens

As stated on their website, built for a Founding Father, and the site of New Jersey’s first governor’s mansion, Morven is a National Historic Landmark open to the public for museum exhibitions, garden visits and cultural and educational programs. As home to one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence (Richard Stockton) and five New Jersey governors, Morven has played a role in the history of New Jersey and the nation for more than 200 years.
