Nautical Christmas tree at Seaside Escape

BEACH MEMORIES
Barnegat Light
This ocean front home comprising two lots has a quirky history, from its beginning as a squatter’s shack to its current splendor as a family home with an indoor pool. The large windows stream light into all rooms and make the views of the ocean and dunes an integral part of the house.

BANDBOX PERFECTION
Ship Bottom
This delightful home is an architectural success story built on the site of a fisherman’s cottage. Every inch of space was utilized to create a comfortable home. There is a vertical flow to enhance the feeling of space with four levels of family living.

SEASIDE ESCAPE
Surf City
This Craftsman-style home is the epitome of elegant simplicity.  The owners designed everything to enhance the comfort of their family and house guests.  Nautical antiques, spacious great rooms overlooking the bay and pool, meticulous attention to detail with the emphasis on comfort and hospitality combine to make this home unique.

LIGHTHOUSE REFLECTION
Brant Beach
The red and white façade of this charming home has a turret reminiscent of a lighthouse. Grass cloth accents, beautiful built-in cabinets in the living room, one guest room and the master bedroom contribute to the traditional warmth of the home. The in-home office is housed in the “lighthouse” and features curved windows looking out on the bay.

VINTAGE MASTERPIECE
Beach Haven
This newly built architectural gem is located in the historic district of Beach Haven and is designed to honor coastal tradition with wooden shake siding, brushed nickel light fixtures, and doors with old-fashioned five-section panels. The home evokes vintage charm with modern amenities.
