Celebrating the success of the 56th Annual Holiday Tour of Homes, over 100 members of the Garden Club of LBI gathered together on Monday, December 11, 2023 at Calloways for their annual Holiday Luncheon.

Following the opening remarks by President Lois Perry, Bev Reitinger, Holiday Tour of Homes Chair, gave a preliminary report on the event’s highlights. Bev also shared congratulatory messages received from Beverly Kazickas, President of the Garden Club of NJ, and Peg Morrissey from District VIII. 

Peg Feudi of Foodies Catering, Inc., Harvey Cedars, demonstrated how to prepare an appetizer and a treat charcuterie boards. The lucky winners of each were Olga Perlman and Ann Calder.

Before introducing the guest presentation, Lois acknowledged Joyce Lubach and Kathy Dowe for their coordination of the Toys for Tots and the St. Francis Food Pantry collections, respectively. In addition, Judie Alloway was also applauded for her outstanding contributions in coordinating the luncheon. Everyone enjoyed a delicious meal, great service and lively conversation.  A very merry time was had by all!
